Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP IS-Oil Solution Architect/Program Lead to drive end-to-end implementations across SDM and RFNO modules. You will own workstreams, manage client relationships, and shape digital transformation initiatives with 80% travel expected. A 4-year degree and extensive SAP IS-Oil experience are required.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and UAT leadership to ensure successful rollout and go-live support for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Extensive SAP IS-Oil experience with SDM and RFNO.
• End-to-end implementation experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status to meet objectives.
• Lead multiple workstreams across regions and client relationships.
• Shape SAP IS-Oil strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee budgets and resource planning.
• Lead UAT and support rollout and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align requirements with implementation.
