Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP IS-Oil consultant in the United States to own end-to-end SAP IS-Oil implementations and drive SDM and RFNO initiatives. You will lead multiple workstreams, manage budgets, and engage clients across regions in digital transformation efforts.

The role requires extensive SAP IS-Oil experience, strong stakeholder management, and proven leadership in solution architecture and program delivery. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• System configuration experience.
• Proficiency in system development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• Travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%.
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record as Solution Architect or Program Lead for multiple end-to-end implementations.
• End-to-end implementation exposure to at least one full cycle implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation.
• Oversee budget and resource planning.
• Lead client sessions and drive workstreams from planning through execution.
• Hands-on experience in SDM, PAT, RFNO, data collation and Rack Ticket features.
• Gather and define detailed functional requirements with business users.
• Support functional design and solutioning for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO.
• Coordinate with tech teams to align requirements with implementation.
• Assist in UAT activities and rollout readiness.
• Provide leadership during go-live and post-implementation support.
