Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP IS-Oil specialist to lead SAP IS-Oil SDM/RFNO implementations and digital transformation initiatives across regions. The role requires deep functional SAP expertise, extensive client leadership, and end-to-end project delivery across multiple streams.

You will collaborate with business users and technical teams, drive requirements, and oversee budgets and resources while guiding UAT and rollout efforts in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• System configuration experience.
• Proficiency in system development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• Travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Budget oversight and resource planning responsibilities.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Hands-on experience in SDM, PAT, RFNO, data collation and Rack Ticket feature.
• Gather and define detailed functional requirements with business users.
• Support design and solutioning for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align requirements with implementation.
• Assist in requirements gathering and support UAT activities.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and support go-live rollout.
