EY is seeking a senior SAP IS-Oil specialist to lead SAP SDM and RFNO implementations. You will shape the strategic direction of IS-Oil projects, manage cross‑regional workstreams and own client relationships from planning through rollout.

The role requires deep functional expertise, strong requirements gathering skills, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams. A travel‑heavy engagement with a hybrid client model is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Extensive SAP IS-Oil domain experience (12+ years).
• Strong experience in SDM and RFNO with multi‑cycle implementations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and translate requirements into solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status aligning with performance objectives.
• Lead multiple workstreams across regions and manage client relationships.
• Shape SAP IS-Oil SDM and RFNO strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee budgets and resource planning; drive UAT and rollout readiness.
