Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP IS-Oil professional to drive end-to-end SDM and RFNO implementations, lead multi-regional workstreams, and guide the client through digital transformation initiatives. You will own requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful rollout and go-live.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of SAP IS-Oil experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record as a Lead or Architect on full lifecycle projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• Two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and bridging between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Lead client relationships and multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape SAP IS-Oil implementation strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead UAT and rollout, supporting the business through go-live.
