Job summary

EY’s Agile Business Transformation group, backed by SAP, drives digital transformation for clients across industries. This role focuses on IS-Oil SDM and RFNO implementations, leading multiple workstreams, shaping strategy, and ensuring successful delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will manage budgets, guide client sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge functional and technical perspectives while traveling up to 80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• System configuration experience.
• Proficiency in system development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• Travel up to 80%.
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• End-to-end implementations as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong requirements gathering and bridging functional/technical gaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record as Solution Architect or Program Lead.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital initiatives.
• Assume budget oversight and resource planning responsibilities.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
• Hands-on experience in SDM, PAT, RFNO, data collation and Rack Ticket.
• Engage business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
• Support functional design and solutioning for IS-Oil SDM/RFNO.
• Collaborate with tech teams to align functional and technical work.
• Assist in gathering requirements and supporting UAT activities.
• Lead UAT and support rollout and go-live readiness.
