EY is actively seeking an experienced SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to help modernize Procure-to-Pay workflows within SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, finance, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP processes that ensure accurate invoice receipt, matching, and posting.

You will lead design, configuration, testing, and delivery activities, with regular travel (40–60%) to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 2–4 years SAP Procurement/Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on SAP invoice management and AP integration experience.
• Familiarity with PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, invoice matching, tolerances, workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, and posting processes.
• Design invoice verification processes, including two-way/three-way matching and dependencies.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Provide guidance on SAP standard capabilities and lead-practices for scalable solutions.
