Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and deliver invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA for U.S. clients.

You will collaborate with procurement, AP, finance and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely posting and strong controls. The role requires hands-on SAP experience across Procure‑to‑Pay, invoice receipt, verification, and matching, with travel estimated at 40-60% across client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 2–4 years SAP procurement, AP, finance, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on SAP invoice management, AP integration, or related Procure-to-Pay capability.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, matching, posting, and exception handling.
• Configure invoice verification, two-way/three-way matching, and related dependencies.
• Define and implement invoice exception workflows, approvals, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate invoice-related requirements across Procurement, AP, Finance and related teams.
• Support design, testing, data validation, cutover, training, and post-go-live activities.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
