Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to help design, configure, test and deliver invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with procurement, AP, finance and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable processes that ensure accurate invoice receipt, matching, and posting.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience, strong communication skills and travel of 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for SAP procurement or finance consulting.
• 2-4 years of SAP Procurement, AP, Finance, or consulting experience.
• Hands-on SAP invoice management and AP integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams in S/4HANA projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation and posting.
• Design and configure invoice verification, matching and approval workflows.
• Define exception handling, tolerances, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional requirements across Procurement, AP and Finance.
• Create functional specs, process flows and test scripts for delivery.
