Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to help design, configure, test, and deliver invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, and finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP processes ensuring accurate invoice receipt, matching, and posting.

You will lead requirements gathering, process design workshops, and solution validation, with travel up to 60% to meet client

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes and AP integration.
• Experience designing SAP-enabled invoice processing solutions.
• Knowledge of invoice receipt channels, verification, matching, tolerances, and posting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel 40-60% to meet client needs and build relationships.
• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, and posting.
• Design and configure invoice verification, including two-way/three-way matching.
