Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to support invoice management, AP integration, and Procure-to-Pay processes within SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will collaborate with procurement, finance, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

You will engage with clients and EY teams, drive design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live activities, while traveling up to 60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of SAP Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP invoice management, Accounts Payable integration, or closely related Procure-to-Pay capability.
• Experience with purchase-order-based and non-purchase-order invoice processes, invoice matching, tolerances, blocked invoices, workflow, and exception handling.
• Knowledge of integration points among SAP MM, Accounts Payable, Finance, and related SAP modules.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation engagements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, matching, approval, exception handling, and posting processes.
• Design and configure invoice verification processes, including two-way and three-way matching and dependencies among POs, GRs, service entry sheets, and invoices.
• Define and implement invoice exception workflows, tolerances, approval requirements, blocked invoice resolution, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate invoice-related requirements and integration points across Procurement, AP, Finance, MM, and related teams.
• Support functional design, configuration, testing, data validation, defect resolution, cutover, training, and post-go-live activities.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Advise clients on SAP standard capabilities and leading practices while balancing business requirements and scalable design.
