EY is looking for an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to help clients optimize Procure-to-Pay processes using SAP S/4HANA. You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP workflows that ensure accurate invoice receipt, matching, exceptions handling, and posting.

You’ll collaborate with procurement, Accounts Payable, finance, and technical teams to design, configure, test, and deliver invoice management solutions and related integrations across client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years SAP Procurement/Accounts Payable/Finance experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on SAP invoice management and AP integration experience.
• Familiarity with PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, matching, tolerances, and workflow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; travel 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, matching, approvals, and posting.
• Design and configure invoice verification, two-way/three-way matching, and dependencies among POs, GRs, SEs, and invoices.
• Define invoice exception workflows, tolerances, approvals, and blocked invoice resolution.
• Coordinate invoice-related requirements across Procurement, AP, Finance, and related teams.
