Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and deliver invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will work with procurement, AP, finance, and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate invoice receipt, matching, and posting.

You will engage with clients and EY teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP processes, supporting ongoing delivery and post-go-live stabilization. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of SAP Procurement/Accounts Payable or finance experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP invoice management, Accounts Payable integration, or related Procure-to-Pay capability.
• Experience with PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, matching, tolerances, and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel to meet client needs and build relationships (40–60%).
• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within S/4HANA projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, matching, posting and exception handling.
• Design and configure invoice verification, two-way/three-way matching, and PO dependencies.
• Define and implement invoice exception workflows, approvals, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate invoice-related requirements across Procurement, AP, Finance, and MM teams.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Advise clients on SAP standard capabilities and scalable solution design.
