Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned SAP integration specialist to lead delivery of complex SAP projects, secure client relationships, and manage engagement economics. The role requires traveling 40–60% to meet client needs and ensure successful SAP integrations across multiple modules and cloud tools.

You will work with SAP PI/PO, CPI, BTP, and other middleware to architect and implement integration solutions, advise on SAP system capabilities, and guide teams through blueprinting, testing, and go-live

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools, including SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI, and SAP BTP.
• Proficiency designing and implementing SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, and HCM.
• Experience with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Experience working with PI/PO adapters, including IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC, and web services.
• Experience integrating EDI and non‑EDI standards with customized mapping requirements.
• Working knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData Services, SAP API Management).
• A strong background in SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy.
• Experience developing integration architecture and strategies to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with SAP Technologies such as XI/PI/PO, Solution Manager, SAP LT, Data Services, ABAP, Security, and S/4 HANA.
• Working knowledge of Cloud Integration using HCI, OData Service and SAP API Management.
• A flexibility to travel 40‑60%.
