Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP integration lead to deliver complex SAP-enabled engagements, managing client relationships and engagement economics while coordinating cross-functional teams to implement SAP solutions across modules including S/4HANA, MM, FICO, and CRM.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on SAP middleware experience (PI/PO, CPI, BTP), and a proven track record delivering large-scale integrations in a consulting environment. Travel 40-60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
• Hands-on SAP integration experience with middleware tools including SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Travel to meet with external clients (40–60%).
