Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP integration leader to drive delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA engagements. You will manage client relationships, define budgets, and oversee cross-functional teams across SAP modules and integration tools.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of S/4HANA experience, strong Agile and middleware expertise, and a willingness to travel up to 60% to meet client needs. EY offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects/workstreams and project-based teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and middleware.
• Knowledge of SAP modules S/4HANA, ECC, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
