Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP integration lead to drive complex SAP integration programs, overseeing architecture, design, and delivery across multiple SAP and non-SAP systems. You will manage client relationships, define engagement plans, and ensure quality and risk management throughout deliveries.

Required are 5–7 years of S/4HANA experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on SAP integration tool expertise including PI/PO, ABAP, and EDI. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 5–7 years in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools including PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI, and SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
