RPM SPG is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst - HR to provide total support for SAP and related tools focused on HR and sales/service. You'll train users, develop reports, and coordinate enhancements and interfaces across Tremco North American operations.

The role requires strong SAP experience, HR domain knowledge, and leadership capabilities to drive projects and support across global operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience: manager, supervisor, group lead, etc.

Aufgaben

• Provides feedback on SAP module directions and releases.
• Provides 2nd and 3rd level help desk support.
• Trains users in SAP application software.
• Prepares training materials and conducts application system training.
• Acts as liaison between business users, software vendors, and the user community.
• Performs cost vs. benefit analysis for enhancements.
• Participates in user groups to manage issues and share best practices.
• Performs system analysis, configuration, and tasks related to enhancements and interfaces.
• Elicits and documents business requirements and prepares functional specs.
• Works with technical resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Advises users on alternatives to meet requirements, including SAP baseline functionality and custom reports.
• Designs and documents business processes and training materials.
• Performs thorough testing and QA of new functions and reports.
• May act as team leader for HR-related projects.
