Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst focused on HR SAP systems. You will provide total support for SAP HR modules, lead and train users, and drive improvements across HR and related sales/service processes.

The role may involve collaboration with Tremco North American operations and potential global scope. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, 8-12 months SAP S/4HANA experience, and strong analytical, training, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in HR or related field.
• 5+ years in HR function.
• 8-12 months SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• 3+ years SAP Super User experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides total support to SAP HR and ancillary tools, including installation, configuration, and enhancements.
• Trains users and prepares training materials for SAP modules.
• Performs cost-benefit analyses and supports system enhancements.
• Acts as liaison between users, vendors, and IT teams.
• Leads or participates in HR and related process improvement projects.
• Develops specifications for reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Ensures testing and QA for new/revised system functions and reports.
