Job summary

Protera is seeking a Senior Consultant – SAP HCM to design, implement, and support SAP HCM solutions. The role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to translate HR requirements into effective system solutions.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and deliver quality solutions while mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP HCM experience, including full lifecycle implementations and ongoing application support.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/IS or related field.
• Experience translating HR requirements into SAP functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM requirements gathering, workshops, solution design and configuration.
• Configure Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management and Payroll.
• Plan and execute functional testing, UAT, and resolve defects.
• Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables for quality.
