Job summary

Dow invites a SAP Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions, focusing on ABAP and SAP Fiori/UI5. The role requires hands-on coding, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization within a modern SAP landscape.

You will work across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs while aligning with Dow’s IT standards and digital transformation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Math, Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent military experience at E5/PO2.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to map requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical designs; contribute to delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in ABAP/SAP UI5/RAP, including AI-assisted tooling.
