Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP Software Engineer to design, develop, and support ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and RAP-based SAP solutions. You will contribute to architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization across R2R, O2C, S2P, and other core processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, solution design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders. Strong SAP full-stack expertise and experience with S/4HANA transformation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience; US work authorization.
• Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ preferred.
• Experience on at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes.
• Lead modeling, coding, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor developers and promote modern SAP tech and AI-enabled tools.
