Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/RAP to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes such as Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash.

The role requires hands-on coding, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization, with opportunities to mentor junior developers, work with AI-assisted tools, and contribute to Dow's digital transformation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required; U.S. E5 or Canadian rank acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years as an SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ preferred.
• Experience on at least 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations.
• Willing to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with architecture standards.
• Mentor developers and drive adoption of modern SAP technologies and AI tools.
