Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior SAP Software Engineer (ABAP/UI5/Fiori/RAP) to design, develop, test, and support enterprise SAP solutions in the US. The role covers full lifecycle delivery and requires hands-on coding, architecture input, and collaboration with functional and technical teams in a dynamic, transformation-focused environment.

You will contribute to Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay processes, while aligning with Dow’s standards and IT strategy. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Willing to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support end-to-end SAP solutions meeting business needs.
• Lead both simple and complex SAP development across core processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs ensuring scalability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices with modern ABAP/SAP UI5 Fiori/RAP and AI tooling.
