Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP Software Engineer (ABAP/UI5/Fiori) to lead end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, architecture design, and collaboration with functional teams in a global IT landscape.

The ideal candidate will have deep ABAP/Fiori experience, knowledge of RAP, and an ability to mentor junior developers while driving SAP S/4HANA modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP implementations (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP/Fiori UI5 applications.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with IT standards.
• Lead debugging, performance tuning and delivery planning using Agile/Waterfall.
