Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/RAP to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across R2R, O2C, and S2P. The role involves hands-on coding, architecture input, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP Full Stack experience, strong ABAP/Fiori UI5 expertise, and is capable of guiding SAP transformation initiatives within a global IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ preferred.
• Experience on at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support end-to-end SAP solutions in ABAP, UI5, and RAP.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy across core business processes (R2R, O2C, S2P).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Provide development estimates and deliver with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
