Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks an SAP Senior Software Engineer (ABAP/UI5/Fiori) to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes.

The role involves direct design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization within a dynamic SAP environment. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and RAP experience, with S/4HANA knowledge and exposure to SAP integration technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ preferred.
• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices and AI-enabled development tools.
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams to map business requirements to scalable SAP solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet Dow architecture standards and align with long-term IT strategy.
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly.
