Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack development in Texas, with hands-on design, development and support responsibilities across SAP solutions. You will drive end-to-end delivery, architectures, and performance improvements in a complex ERP landscape.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP full stack and 3+ full lifecycle implementations. Travel up to 5% may be required; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, math, science, engineering or related field, or equivalent military experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on expertise in ABAP and SAP Fiori/UI5 development with involvement in design, development and support.
• Contribute to end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to map requirements and design scalable custom solutions.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical designs optimized for performance and Dow standards.
• Prepare architecture diagrams and technical documentation; select integration patterns and assess costs.
• Provide accurate development estimates and contribute to delivery planning using Agile/Waterfall.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, code quality and speed.
