Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for the SAP Financial Services practice to lead program delivery, drive sales, and mentor staff. You will guide cross-functional teams across on-site and offshore delivery, shaping end-to-end SAP transformations for financial services clients.

Ideal candidates bring deep SAP/S4 knowledge, a track record in delivering large programs, and strong communication skills. The role involves a hybrid work model (2-3 days in EY offices) and 25-30% travel across client sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years of system implementation execution with full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross functional programs from 10-20 onsite and 30+ offshore/global delivery.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services, including RFP responses.
• Deep understanding of SAP based transformation and driving S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development and infrastructure stand up.
• Understanding AI based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a financial services company or equivalent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing.
• Strong mentoring and coaching to develop staff.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module.
• Willingness to work in EY offices 2-3 days per week and travel 25-30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development as Senior Manager across EY's SAP FS practice.
• Drive program sales and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
