Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Financial Services to lead delivery and practice growth. You will drive cross-functional programs, shape client solutions, and mentor staff across diverse teams in a global advisory setting.

The role emphasizes deep SAP S/4 implementation knowledge, software-driven transformation, and strong client service. Travel 25-30% and a flexible hybrid office model are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with 8+ year of system implementation execution including experience with the full system development lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross functional programs from 10-20 resources onsite and 30+ offshore / global delivery.
• Provent track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in the professional service field including development strategic responses to client requests for proposals
• Deep understanding of SAP based transformation and drivers for efficiency leveraging core S/4 capabilities
• Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development and program support infrastructure stand up
• Understanding AI based delivery capabilities and methodologies
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience working
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Strong focus on developing staff through mentoring and coaching
• Prior consulting industry experience
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module
• A willingness to work in EY offices averaging 2-3 days per week and travel as needed to client project sites – estimated at 25-30%
