EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our SAP Financial Services practice. You will lead across both program delivery and practice development, focusing on sales and delivery with a strong people leadership component.

The role demands deep SAP/S4 experience, cross-functional coordination, and a strategic client approach. We expect 25–30% travel, 2–3 days per week in EY offices, and a bias toward developing teams while delivering end-to-end SAP transformations for financial institutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of work experience with 8+ years in system implementation and full SDLC delivery.
Experience leading cross functional programs with onsite and offshore delivery.
Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
Deep understanding of SAP transformation and S/4 capabilities.
Experience leading teams through business case development and program setup.
Understanding of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
5+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
Excellent written, verbal communication, and client service skills.
Commitment to mentoring and staff development.
Bachelor’s or higher in a related field; prior consulting experience.
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core modules.
Willingness to work in EY offices 2–3 days/week and travel 25–30%.
