Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including system implementation lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs of 10-20 onsite and 30+ offshore resources.
• Track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience guiding teams through business case development and setup.
• Understanding of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant FS industry experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Strong mentoring and coaching ability.
• Prior consulting industry experience and at least one full cycle implementation.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% and work 2-3 days per week in EY offices.
