Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Financial Services to lead cross-functional delivery and practice development. You will drive program sales, manage large teams (onsite and offshore), and shape end-to-end SAP transformations for banking, insurance, and capital markets clients.

You will mentor staff, develop new business solutions, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes in a globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including 8+ years in system implementation with full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with on-site and offshore delivery.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience guiding teams through business case development and program infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant FS industry experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills.
• Strong focus on developing staff through mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities
