Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead program delivery and practice development. You will guide cross-functional teams across on-site and offshore delivery, shaping end-to-end SAP transformations for financial services clients.

The role requires 10+ years in delivery, strong communication, and the ability to mentor staff. A hybrid work model with 2–3 days in EY offices and 25–30% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in SAP/FS environments.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional programs.
• Experience in sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through initial program phases and program support.
• Knowledge of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services industry or equivalent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development for SAP FS.
• Drive cross-functional program sales and delivery with 10-20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore.
• Mentor and develop consulting staff; ensure cohesive, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and SMA advisors to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support business case development and project infrastructure setup.
