Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for the SAP Financial Services practice to lead multi-team delivery and drive practice development. You will shape solutions across banking, insurance and capital markets, aligning technology with business processes and client needs.

You will guide staff development, drive revenue through effective proposals, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end SAP transformations, including AI-enabled delivery approaches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including 8+ years in system implementation.
• Leading cross-functional programs with onsite and offshore delivery.
• Proven sales and delivery of managed revenue in consulting.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience with business case development and program support infrastructure.
• Awareness of AI delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• 5+ years in financial services industry or similar experience.
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing.
• Mentoring and coaching staff development.
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting or Finance.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module.
• Willingness to work 2-3 days per week in EY offices and travel 25-30%.
