Soni is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Senior Manager, Financial Systems. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and IT, with a strong focus on optimizing SAP and ERP systems.

You’ll lead initiatives to optimize systems, act as a liaison among Accounting, Finance, and IT, and drive improvements across AP, fixed assets, and cash while overseeing data governance and controls. The compensation range is $150,000–$160,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in financial systems, ERP, or finance transformation.
• Strong SAP/S4HANA experience.
• Solid accounting/finance foundation (GL, AP, fixed assets, cash).
• Experience working across Accounting, Finance and IT.
• Knowledge of internal controls and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to optimize and enhance financial systems, primarily SAP.
• Liaise between Accounting, Finance, and IT teams.
• Drive improvements across AP, fixed assets, cash.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Oversee data governance, chart of accounts, data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and workflows.
• Support audit and compliance related to financial systems and data.
