The role emphasizes leading cross-functional projects, coordinating with accounting managers, and ensuring a seamless financial close while driving automation initiatives and SAP data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• CPA or MBA in finance is preferred.
• Experience with SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CO).
• Understanding of P2P, O2C, and RTR processes.
• Strong communication in a global environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects on tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP FICO modules and related systems like COPA, Esprit, FDM.
• Coordinate with finance, accounting, IT deployment teams globally.
• Define business requirements and document processes and tests.
• Guide design, testing, and deployment of financial solutions.
