Messer Americas is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to optimize SAP and related finance systems, drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across finance functions.

The role collaborates with Finance leadership, IT, and Data teams to transform processes, enhance controls, and improve reporting and decision-making. 7+ years of SAP experience and strong collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelorhes degree in finance or related field.
• 7+ years experience with SAP ERP and finance tech.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize SAP/ECC-S4 and related finance apps.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end close activities and data integrity.
• Design automated workflows with Power Automate and ServiceNow.
• Partner with stakeholders to redesign processes and drive efficiency.
• Ensure controls, documentation, and training materials.
