Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead program delivery and practice development. You will guide multi-team initiatives, shape strategic responses, and drive end-to-end SAP deployments with a focus on S/4HANA transformations for banking, insurance, and capital markets clients.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in FS, a strong track record in sales and delivery, and the ability to mentor staff while traveling 25-30%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years in system implementation
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10-20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore/global delivery
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities
• Experience leading teams through early program phases and business case development
• Knowledge of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies
• Minimum 5 years of relevant FS experience
• Excellent written, verbal communication and client service skills
• Strong mentoring and staff development focus
• Willingness to travel 25-30% and work 2-3 days per week in EY offices
