Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Financial Services programs and drive practice development. You will guide cross-functional delivery teams and help shape client solutions across banking, insurance and capital markets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive SAP implementation experience, strong sales acumen, and a proven ability to mentor staff while delivering high-impact digital transformations. Hybrid work with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in consulting or professional services
• 8+ years in SAP implementation with full lifecycle delivery
• Strong sales and delivery track record for managed revenue
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities
• Experience leading multi-site teams and cross-functional programs
• Knowledge of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance
• Prior consulting industry experience
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development for SAP FS projects
• Manage cross-functional teams on large-scale client engagements
• Drive sales opportunities and proposals for the practice
