Job summary

BeOne is seeking an Associate Director of SAP Finance Solutions to lead the regional SAP FI landscape, drive governance, and align global templates with local EMEA requirements from Poland. This role partners with Finance, Tax, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant finance technology across regions.

The candidate will shape strategy, guide cross‑module integration, and manage a growing SAP Finance team, while leveraging AI/ML, RPA, and data insights to build a modern finance technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance technology with leadership experience
• Deep SAP S/4HANA and GL expertise including intercompany, tax, and statutory reporting
• Experience delivering SAP Finance capabilities within a global template
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and IT

Responsibilities

• Define and govern regional SAP Finance technology landscape and templates
• Provide expert SAP FI guidance across configuration, integration, and enhancements; ensure interoperability with other modules
• Drive continuous improvement of Finance processes with controls and audit-ready designs
• Champion user experience for Finance teams across regions and collect feedback
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Supply Chain, and other teams to align requirements
• Monitor trends (AI/ML, RPA) to inform strategy
• Lead and grow SAP Finance Solutions team in Poland and the EMEA region
