Resideo seeks a Lead SAP Finance Analyst to act as the functional lead for SAP Finance (FI/CO) across global operations. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize processes and systems, leading design, configuration, and governance while guiding roadmaps and improvements.

You will manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive automation and data integrity in finance reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, CS or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting SAP Finance solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO functional analysis and configuration.
• Involvement in 3+ full lifecycle SAP projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and controls.
• Experience leading SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• The ability to work in-office three days/week (Tu/Weds/Thu) in adherence with our hybrid environment (Office Locations: Melville, NY; Aurora, IL; Louisville, KY; Austin, TX).

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary functional expert for SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CCA, Internal Orders, PCA, Product Costing, COPA).
• Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP Finance roadmap and future-state capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting leadership to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions; serve as a trusted advisor for finance transformation.
• Lead SAP projects, upgrades, rollouts, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities among users, technical teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure testing, training, and change management are executed effectively.
• Provide governance and documentation standards; monitor system performance.
