Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Director of SAP Finance with expertise in SAP FICO and Sales & Distribution (SD). The role is hybrid, located about 25 miles south of Downtown Boston, and requires leading global SAP FICO & SD strategy and governance across regions.

The candidate will own the SAP Finance (FICO) landscape, ensure alignment with finance strategy and internal controls, and drive best practices within a Center of Excellence. 10+ years of SAP experience and S/4HANA knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in the SAP application environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, or a related field.
• Advanced SAP functional expertise in Finance (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash integration, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Profitability Analysis)
• Experience serving in a Center of Excellence (COE) or global governance role for SAP.
• SAP S/4HANA experience; S/4HANA for Fashion is a plus.
