BeOne seeks a Senior Director of Finance Transformation to lead enterprise-wide finance initiatives and develop standardized financial processes across global operations. The role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and strong ERP/financial systems expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management or related field and 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, governance, and oversight for enterprise-wide Finance transformation initiatives.
• Define, maintain, and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and budgets.
• Design standardized financial processes, governance structures, and operating models.
• Lead analytical context and presentations for CFO and Finance Leadership Team to inform decisions.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage external consultants and vendors.
• Develop and deliver financial training programs for internal stakeholders.
