Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Senior Director of Delivery Excellence to lead the global ERP Center of Excellence, focusing on SAP.

The role drives end-to-end delivery from intake through deployment, defining governance, staffing, testing, and continuous improvement across functional and technical teams. The incumbent will lead a global delivery organization, optimize capacity, ensure quality and regulatory compliance (GxP), and align with finance policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive enterprise technology, ERP delivery, applications, or program/portfolio management experience with senior leadership in complex global environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of large SAP/ERP delivery organizations or transformation programs across functional, technical, testing, release, and operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA delivery lifecycles and dependencies across configuration, development, integration, security, Basis/platform, data, testing, and release management.
• Experience with demand management, estimation, capacity planning, portfolio governance, resource allocation, and delivery performance management across concurrent initiatives.
• Experience in regulated life sciences environments; knowledge of GxP and computer system validation preferred.
• Experience with JIRA and SAP-focused ALM platforms; data-driven decisions to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve ERP delivery governance, roles, controls, and standards.
• Implement end-to-end delivery methods incorporating Agile principles to improve flow, transparency, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Orchestrate end-to-end execution across SAP CoEs from intake through stabilization.
• Maximize resource utilization by aligning skills to demand and managing constraints.
• Manage capacity across internal teams, partners, and contingent resources; align commitments to capacity.
• Ensure accurate time charging to projects and compliance with Finance policies.
• Lead test strategy, regression automation, quality gates, defect management, and quality metrics.
• Embed GxP and computer system validation into delivery with risk-based approaches.
• Own release calendars, environment coordination, deployment readiness, cutover governance, and lifecycle planning.
• Own JIRA/ALM workflows, data standards, dashboards, automation, and delivery reporting.
• Establish metrics for throughput, cycle time, quality, and release performance; drive improvements.
• Remove bottlenecks, simplify processes, expand automation, and drive standard ways of working.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Design Authority to reinforce standards and cross-functional integrity.
• Hold delivery partners accountable for quality, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Build and lead a high-performing global Delivery Excellence team.
