Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Senior Director of Delivery Excellence to lead the SAP ERP Center of Excellence. This global role defines delivery governance, staffing, and end-to-end execution from intake to deployment and continuous improvement.

You will drive predictable delivery, improve release quality, and align resources across internal teams and partners, ensuring compliance and effective reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Eng/Business or related field.
• 12+ years in enterprise tech, ERP delivery, or program/portfolio management with senior leadership.
• Experience leading large SAP/ERP delivery orgs across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA delivery lifecycles and dependencies.
• Experience with demand management, capacity planning, governance, budgeting.
• GxP familiarity and validated environments preferred in life sciences.
• Experience with JIRA and SAP-focused ALM platforms; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve ERP delivery governance, roles, controls, and standards.
• Implement end-to-end delivery ways of working with Agile principles to improve flow and accountability.
• Orchestrate end-to-end SAP delivery across functional and technical CoEs from intake through stabilization.
• Maximize utilization of resources and manage capacity constraints across teams and partners.
• Lead test strategy, automation, quality gates, and release quality metrics.
• Own release calendars, environments, deployment readiness, cutover governance and lifecycle planning.
• Establish metrics for throughput, predictability, cycle time, quality, and reporting; drive improvements.
• Partner with Architecture and Design Authority to reinforce standards and cross-functional integrity.
• Build and lead a global Delivery Excellence team with accountability and development plans.
