Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Financial Operating Systems professional to oversee SAP environments (S/4HANA/ECC) and drive finance system initiatives across global teams. The role emphasizes SOX controls, end-to-end financial processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage complex SAP projects, validate configurations, and design testing strategies while delivering accurate financial reporting and automation enhancements for improved business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in financial systems or SAP finance roles preferred.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO and finance functional processes.
• Strong understanding of finance process integration with OTC, PTP.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Be part of a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily SAP environments, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Manage and deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, operational teams, master data, and IT.
• Identify milestones, gather requirements, review specs, and ensure SAP integration.
• Validate SAP FICO configurations across GL, AR/AP, cash/bank, master data, intercompany, and OTC/PTP integrations.
• Design, develop, and execute testing strategies; support deployment and cutover activities for SAP solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and solution workshops.
• Rationalize SAP design decisions to meet Finance needs.
• Create, troubleshoot, and optimize financial reports and automate processes.
• Maintain oversight of month-end activities and SOX controls testing.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
