Job summary

Minth North America, Inc. in Lewisburg, TN is seeking an SAP EWM & Warehouse Systems Specialist to support daily operations and continuous improvement of warehouse systems at our automotive components plant.

You will troubleshoot receiving, putaway, production material supply, and shipping, collaborate with IT, Logistics, and manufacturing, and help integrate SAP MM/PP/QM/SD, MES, AS/RS, and AGVs. The role requires a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of SAP warehouse experience,

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing or supporting warehouse systems and SAP logistics modules in manufacturing.
• Understanding of core warehouse processes in components manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with data-driven issue resolution.
• Effective communication with warehouse operators, business owners, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily SAP EWM and warehouse application support; troubleshoot receiving, putaway, stock transfers, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
• Investigate and resolve warehouse incidents, document root causes and corrective actions.
• Maintain warehouse master data and configuration; support readiness for new materials and processes.
• Collaborate across SAP MM, PP, QM, SD, MES, and integration teams for end-to-end processes.
• Support integration with AS/RS, AGVs, barcoding, and labeling systems; coordinate with automation teams.
• Assist with inventory counts, variance analysis, and reporting requirements.
