Job summary

Minth North America, Inc. in Lewisburg, TN, is seeking a MES & Manufacturing Systems Specialist to support daily MES operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement of shop-floor systems.

You will collaborate with production, automation, and SAP PP teams to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and smooth production line launches, while developing documentation and training materials for plant operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience implementing or supporting MES in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of core manufacturing processes: production execution, material usage, traceability.
• Ability to investigate issues using logs, basic SQL queries, or interface monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration with operators, business owners, technical teams, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily MES support and troubleshoot access, terminals, production orders, material scanning, reporting, defect recording, label printing, and traceability.
• Respond to production incidents, diagnose faults, document root causes and corrective actions, and reduce recurring issues.
• Support data collection across MES, SCADA, and equipment data platforms; troubleshoot machine status, downtime, and quality data.
• Participate in requirements definition, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, and launch support for new programs and line changes.
• Coordinate with SAP PP specialist and master data owners to validate MES configurations and mappings for lines, work centers, operations, and terminals; ensure label configurations and traceability rules.
• Train shop-floor users; maintain operating instructions, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base; improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
