Job summary

Minth North America is seeking an SAP EWM & Warehouse Systems Specialist to support daily warehouse operations at the Lewisburg, TN plant. You will troubleshoot, optimize, and integrate SAP EWM with MES, AS/RS, AGVs, and related shop-floor systems to keep receiving, putaway, and shipping running smoothly.

Collaborating with Warehouse, Production, Logistics, Quality and IT teams, you will document issues, drive root-cause actions, and train users on standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IS/Logistics/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience implementing or supporting warehouse systems or SAP logistics modules in manufacturing.
• Understanding of core warehouse processes in components manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and user support skills.
• Willingness to work on the warehouse floor.
• Ability to communicate in English during daily plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily SAP EWM and warehouse application support.
• Investigate and resolve warehouse incidents, data issues, and document root causes.
• Maintain warehouse master data and configuration with business owners.
• Collaborate with SAP MM/PP/QM/SD and MES teams, and integration groups.
• Support integration of SAP EWM with AS/RS, AGVs, barcode systems, and labeling devices.
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting; define requirements for improvements.
• Train users and update operating procedures and guides.
